How is the shipping charge determined?

Shipping is calculated by live shipping rates from FedEx based on product(s) weight and size. Each shipping option available is calculated to give you the best rate possible as shipped from our facility in Irving, TX.

When will my order arrive?

We strive get your orders out as soon as possible. However, there may be extenuating factors that may affect processing time such as: product availability, business hours, or staffing. Shipping time-frame estimates are shown based on the option you choose. If you are shipping to a PO Box expect to receive your package in 2-3 weeks.

Return Policy

If you would like to return an item you purchased at The SalemNOW Store, please send us a message.

  • Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched may be denied a return.
  • Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return.
  • If you received a free item by purchasing a certain item(s), you must return all items if asking for a refund of the purchased item(s). If not, you will not be awarded a full refund.
  • All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned.

Return Considerations

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return time period (within 30 days of delivery) and we’ll arrange for a replacement.

Final Sale and Nonreturnable Items
All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include digital content, gift cards, and items returned that are damaged, unsanitary, missing major contents or not in a like-new condition.

Gifts
We will provide you store credit (gift card) for the purchase price of a gift you return.

Entertainment Products
Opened movies and music can only be exchanged or given store credit (gift card).

Refund Policy

In general, you may return items we have shipped to you within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
