Description
This movie is Rated R for some intense content – On the day of his scheduled execution, a convicted serial killer gets a last minute court-ordered psychiatric evaluation. The killer surprises the psychiatrist with his claim that instead of trying to avoid his fate, he is in fact a demon who wants the execution to go forward… and further claims that before their brief time together is over, the doctor will have committed three murders of his own.

This is an extremely unique movie. Coming from someone who almost never sees horror films, I would certainly recommend it to people who might feel apprehensive about seeing a movie like this. I am not sure why it carries an R rating. There is virtually no gore. There is no nudity or foul language. Overall, the film really makes you think. I very much enjoyed that part of it. While the movie only has a small amount of action, it moves along nicely. The majority of the film consists of a psychiatrist talking across a table to an inmate who is set to be executed that evening. The runtime of 1 hour and 38 minutes is perfect. As a bonus, I liked how it was actually filmed in a real prison in Oklahoma. That was a first for the prison.
